Socialization

 

Dogs need to be socialized from an early age. That means exposure to: 

 

• other dogs of all breeds and sizes 

• Women, men and children of all kinds 

• people with fancy clothes 

• cars, cities and noise 

• travel by car, train and plane 

• the houses of all your friends 

• visits to restaurants, shops and supermarkets 

• wherever it can carry 

 

You must make an effort to expose your dog repeatedly and not expect it to happen by coincidence. It is important that you create a positive feeling every time you expose. For this you can give treats for dogs.

 

Correct socialization will prevent the fear, the phobias, the aggressiveness and destruction behaviors.
